The Presidential Oath of Office

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

It is CLEAR that this man is unable and 

does not have the ability,

to preserve, protect, and defend the 

Constitution of the United States.

This man just need to step down, we can not take 2 more years 

of his destroying America.
